After listening to Ariel Pinks album 'Pom Pom' on repeat lately, I felt inspired to wear a makeup look inspired by his song 'White Freckles'. I dotted on some white freckles using acrylic paint, contrasted with a hazy smokey eye made up of a variety of brown/reddish tones.

I paired this makeup look with a whimsical outfit featuring a full tulle skirt and my most recent Lazy Oaf purchase, the 'Pastel Brick Shirt'. This was topped off with my h0les kaleidoscope glasses for a surreal twist, and my latest pair of shoes from YRU, the 'Pulse' platform. These are the most comfortable platform sandals I've ever worn - I definitely recommend purchasing a pair if you want to start wearing platform shoes but are nervous about feeling unstable. The sole is nice and flat and has a decent tread, so the thought of toppling over doesn't even cross my mind when wearing them! What I Wore Today: 20th December '14

Today was incredibly hot (damn Australian summer!) so I kept things nice, light, and white to try and keep as cool as possible! I kept a little bit of colour though with some fun triceratops earrings from Dinosaurs For Tea and glittery make up, and added some babys breath flowers in my hair for a little something extra! :)

Happy Monday making me very happy indeed! :)

Recently I had a package of lovely tops and skirts arrive from Happy Monday - I love everything so much that I thought I'd snap a few pictures to show you some of the super cute things they make! :)

The skirt featured in the photos below is also from Happy Monday, however this post mainly just shows some different tops - I couldn't find a location around my house that had adequate lighting while still having enough room to get my lower half in the photo too, haha! >.< I popped a little flat lay photo in as well to show a few other Happy Monday goodies I have too, because I know you guys will to totally love them! :D

What I Wore Today: 1st December '14

I recently had a parcel arrive from Happy Monday, with some super pretty tops, skirts and socks! Couldn't resist putting together an outfit with some of the garments the day after it arrived - it's all so cute that I didn't know what I wanted to wear first! <3
I paired this pretty pink top/skirt/socks combo with my latest Lazy Oaf purchase, one I've had my eye on since I first saw it... The rainbow goodness that is the 'Fur Face Jacket'! I finally caved in and bought it when I saw it on sale for Black Friday - mine at last! :)

What I Wore Today: 24th November '14

I made this skirt recently and have been dying for the chance to wear it! So when the sun came out to play today, so did the layers upon layers of tulle! I felt like a sparkly, sequinned, pink ballerina pairing it with my DI$COUNT eye halter and UNIF Gammaray boots! :)
